Our Re-Pipe Process:

  • Our scheduling staff sets up an initial consultation with an experienced technician, who assesses your needs.
  • The technician will coordinate with the office staff and get your estimate within 1-2  business days.
  • Upon acceptance of the proposal, a member of our scheduling staff will contact you to establish a convenient time and date to begin your re-pipe. We require half down, and the re-pipe usually take 1-2 business days to complete.
  • We will pull any required permits on your behalf.
  • We will also coordinate required inspections or job-related permit signoffs.
  • Remaining balance isn't due until the job is completed.
Reasons for Re-Piping a Home:

Re-Piping a home is often necessary due to various issues that arise with the plumbing system over time. Here are the primary reasons residents choose to have their homes re-piped:

  1. Age of the home: older homes, particularly those built decades ago, often contain galvanized, polybutylene, and clay pipes that are prone to corrosion or bursting as they age.

  2. Pipe Leaks: Once a pipe begins to leak, it typically indicates that the pipe is deteriorating.

  3. Low Water Pressure: Residents may notice low water pressure in their faucets and showers, which can be caused by rust or mineral build up inside older pipes.

  4. Discolored Water: If the tap water appears to be red or brown, it is usually due to the rust from corroded pipes entering the water supply.

  5. Multiple Pipe Issues: When homeowners experience frequent plumbing problems such as recurring leaks or clogs across different areas of the house, it indicates that the entire plumbing system may need replacement rather than just isolated repairs.
